2021 Mid-Year Summary and 2nd Half Work Plan Meeting

In 2021, our annual target is 80 million. In the first half of the year, through the efforts of all Yesheng employees, we successfully achieved our midterm targets on schedule.

While achieving performance targets, we further refined our production processes, strictly controlled production flows, and ensured product quality. In terms of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, we upgraded our warehouse management system, maximized the utilization of raw materials, and reduced waste and loss. In personnel management, we have clarified rights, responsibilities, rewards, and punishments, and encouraged employees to approach their work with a "craftsman spirit" and treat every product with great care.

Of course, we encountered some challenges in the first half of the year. In the second half, starting from the lowest point, we will focus on details and quality, and strictly follow standardized quality system management. At the same time, we encourage and cultivate employees to enhance their professional skills and respond to the call of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for the training of skilled talents.
